Kuno Graf von Moltke was Commandant of Berlin and served as General à la suite in Kaiser Wilhelm II.'s headquarters prior to the Great War. Von Moltke a member of the so-called Liebenberg Round Table, and as such was caught up in the scandalous Eulenburg Affair of 1907-09. As a result of the episode, Graf von Moltke was forced into early retirement.
