General-Lieutenant Clemens Cerrini was a Royal Saxon general who served as Saxony's Chief of General Staff in 1830. He originally joined the military service in 1804 as an officer's candidate and soon was fighting with the forces of the Fourth Coalition in the Napoleonic Wars and the French Invasion of Russia. He was awarded the Ritterkreuz (Knight's Cross) of Saxony's highest military order - the Militär-St-Heinrich-Orden.
